Object Storage Implementation Questions

I am implementing object storage for ARS attachments and have a few setup questions.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  1. Step 5 in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/account-reconcile-cloud/suarc/setup_object_storage_attachments_config_oci.html says I need a user that has READ and WRITE access but do not have DELETE access. Since this user is used for the connection in Step 4 in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/account-reconcile-cloud/suarc/setup_object_storage_attachments_config_arcs.html, my first instinct would have been to use our native administrator account we use for all of our automations, etc. However, our native account is part of the Administrators (Admins with ID Domain Access), which believe would grant it default DELETE access to the bucket? Is that right?
