Employees hired via Hire action although pending worker record exists
We have discovered a few cases of employees who got hired directly via the HIRE action instead of converting the existing pending workers. So, for these cases we have two separate records in the system: (1) pending worker and (2) employee with different persno. These employees already work with us and their Okta accounts have been created and are linked to the employee person type, so cancelling these work relationships would cause some issues.
How do we then get rid of the pending worker records that are still there? If I cancel the pending worker work relationship this will change the status of the candidate to "withdrawn by candidate" in ORC, which would not be correct either. Is there any better way to handle this?
