Can I enable Vertex validation in HCM and at the same time use only LOVs for AP and AR addresses?

Summary:

In HCM I want to have full address validation (Vertex) for US.

In AP and AR, however, when importing data from for example sales systems, I do not want that full validation.

This is due to the fact, that the external systems are sending unvalidated addresses to AP/AR.

So for AR and AP I am fine using LOVs only, so that manually entered addresses are validated.

Is that possible in parallel with Vertex validation in HCM?
