How to make the "location" field in "details position" mandatory?

Hello to all!
I’m trying to make the standard field "Location" mandatory through HCM design studio, but even if I make it not visible the field continues to see it. I tried to publish sandbox, but unfortunately it does not take me updates on that field.
I need to make it mandatory.
How can I fix this?
