The opening operating ROU balances are generated even after providing ROU balance under payment tab.

Summary:

During migration of leases though the opening ROU balance if provided in the payments tab the Lease detail report is not generating any opening ROU balances. This is even causing us the accounting entry errors too for Lease booking.
