Update to Work Definition not working using FBDI

Unable to update WD using FBDI in 24B

We are on 24B. I am trying to update a work definitions using the FBDI. I populate the FBDI load it process it. No errors. The log says, processed successfully.

The UI does not reflect the updates though.
