Weekly working hours - Lov issue

Hello

In the field "Working hours frequency", if we select one of the value, we can't go back to an empty field, and then we must enter a value for the working hours, even if this could be a mistake.

We only have an "emty" value, but only when no value are selected before. This option disappear after

This seem to be a standard behavior, but what is the workaround to this ? It shouldn't be mandatory to enter a value, if the field is not even mandatory.
