User with Profile Option FND_READ_ONLY can submit depreciation

Hello Experts,

We have enabled the profile option FND_READ_ONLY for a set of users, however we have noticed that they are able to submit the below processes from Fixed Assets > Tasks: Manage All Books.

These users are provided the ORA_FA_ASSET_ACCOUNTANT_JOB seeded role.

Is the system behaving as expected even though we have setup the profile option?

Do you recommend we create a Read-Only Role for these users, instead?
