"Change Photo" -> "My Client Group" disable delete/save button

By Adding privilege "ORA_PER_MANAGE_PERSON_IMAGE_BY_HR" admin can view the photo of any employee from my client group.

Is there anyway to remove/disable the Delete/Save buttons from my client group screen?

By personalization it is also removed but unfortunately it is also removed from Me.

As per requirement it should not be removed from Me but only removed from My Client Group
