Operation Resources Start date and Completion Date in Work Order

PFB the screenshot from Work Order → Operations → Resources.

Here we can see Start date and completion date of each resource is in sequence..

Resource 1 starting from 04-09-24 5.21 PM and ending at 06-09-24 7.02 PM, Resource 2 starting from 06-09-24 7.02 PM and going on.

Is there any way via configuration/customization we can make all the Resources having run in parallel (Have the same start date)
