shared member not rolling up to dynamic calc account in FCCS

My account hierarcy is below

Dynamic calc parent can't accumumulated its descendant (shared member) data.

I've checked member option tab and data storagae in dimension,. fyi only some dynamic calc accounts that have this issue.
