Couldn't find an option to create Custom page in HCM module

Hi,

We have a requirement to create a new page in HCM module with user defined fields to store employee data. We couldn't find an option to create Custom page in HCM module. The only option to create custom page is available via Application composer either as "CRM" or "ERP and SCM Cloud" custom pages.

When I try to add Environment with "Visual Builder and Oracle Integration" the Visual Builder Status displays as "Visual Builder Not enabled" and the Oracle Integration Status displays as "Not Found". But the Environment with "Oracle applications Cloud" is added successfully. Looks like we don't have the VB studio enabled in our instance to create a custom object.
