    Share data access is not working properly

    Summary:

    Hello experts,

    We are trying to use "Share data access" and when initiating the transaction using My clients groups > Show more > Share data access, the approval rule generated is "Share Information Reject FYI Notification". That's not what we want.

    Instead, we want "Share Information" approval rule to be triggered.
    Can someone please help?

    Also, we want to bypass approval for this transaction when it's triggered by HR Specialist.
    This also not working properly.
