HCM features with Opt In expiration

Hello,

Is there a separate list of features for HCM with opt-in expiration? Right now, HCM features are not listed in the following link. Additionally, can the list be exported to Excel instead of being available only through this web page?

The full feature listing report indicates if features are automatically available or setup is required but does not list if features, where setup is needed right now, will automatically be enabled after a certain release. My client is looking for this information.
