Line Manager is not able to view direct reports' drivers license information

Summary:

The line manager is not able to view their direct reports' drivers license information. I've added the ORA_PER_PERSON_DRIVER_LICENSE_VIEW_DUTY privilege to the custom line manager role, however the work area is not visible when logged in as a LM. Please advise on how we can make just that one section under identification information visible to line managers.
