Redwood Elastic Search not working and ESS process to Ingest Index data is failing

Summary:

We have all relevant Redwood and search related profile options enabled and feature was working till yesterday.

From yesterday - Redwood Search pages are not returning any results. If I try to run ESS process - ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS, It is failing with error message

Error Message: OSCS is not reachable, please try later

OR

Error Message: ESS job FndOSCSIndexIngestJob failed with errorjava.net.SocketTimeoutException: newSocket: Couldn't connect to (EC97B18F158241F28DAA6264B26899C9.searchcloudapp.ocp.oraclecloud.com/169.155.129.191, 443) even after 5000 millisecs

Anyone else faced this issue ? Please suggest.
