My client has a requirement of making a change to the lease asset such as adding removing sqm to a contract. How does oracle support the adjustment of this increase?

In addition, I would need to make changes to the leasing price through negotiation. How do you update the leasing price? As it seems not possible to update the payment line even with a scope increase.
