OLC | Community visibility issue - Registered users are not able to see the communities

Hi all,

We have recently received multiple reports from our users regarding ongoing difficulties in accessing several official communities (
My Learning Communities) , even though they are registered. These users have reported that, despite having completed the registration process successfully, they are unable to view or access the relevant communities as expected.

To investigate this matter further, we conducted internal tests by joining one of the communities ourselves, and we found that we were able to access the community without encountering any problems. However, the users continue to face these access issues, and they are unable to see or engage with the communities, even though they are registered as members.
