How do we find all the error messages for Next Gen Supplier Registration(Redwood)

How do we find where to update all the error messages for the Next Gen Supplier Registration (Redwood). There is a thread on this but it did not answer all the questions. There are still several error messages I cannot find.

When we have a duplicate supplier, the error message is POZ-2130557 and that is updated under Setup & maintenance and Manage Messages (per the above linked thread)

When we have a duplicate Tax ID, the message looks the same but without the #. Updating the above POZ-2130557 under Setup & Maint and Manage Messages does not update the duplicate Tax ID error message below. How do I find where this error message is to be able to update it? I have looked through all the Manage Messages and cannot find this one.
