Program created in Responsys blocks the sending element of WhatsApp

Hi guys,

We've created a program for triggering WhatsApp messages using Infobip.
In our tests, the messages were sent normally, but when we published the complete rule, the apps element was blocking the messages from being sent.
I've checked the Infobip reports and there's no information there about whether they were sent or not.
We can't understand why the messages failed if the Program was validated by Responsys as shown below.
