Is there an approval workflow for Roles?
We are trying to find out when you assign a role to a user is there a way to trigger or attach a workflow? We are looking into modifying our process.
Current State:
Team members request a role via ServiceNow Ticket
Processor sends emails to approvers gain approval
Processor uploads approvals to ServiceNow ticket
Processor then manually adds roles.
Desired State:
Team Member requests role via email/ServiceNow Ticket
Processor adds requested role
Approval workflow is triggered in the system for the role (thereby eliminating the need for processor to email for approval)
