Link to phone number - responsive editor

Hello,

I do not know how to add phone number in the responsive editor - mainly how to make a simple CTA button with phone number to work. I can use "tel:123456789", but Eloqua always adds tracking links and the number is then destroyed when clicking on the link on my cell phone. I found a way using custom HTML part instead of out of the box button with hyperlink, but it is just too inconvenient.

Is there a better way? Thank you
