Restriction of Add/ Change Assignment actions if the dates would run beyond the worker's visa dates.
Summary:
If Visa expiration date 01.01.2025 then any changes taking place after 01.01.2025 in add assignment and change assignment actions should not take place

Employees can have temporary work visa which will expire on xyz date, HR Specialist should not be able make any addition/ changes in terms of assignment after or on effective xyz start date. To avoid this from taking place is there any workaround where system itself won't allow HR Specialist to make any changes beyond xyz date? We have explored autocomplete rules but this cannot be achieved through it as confirmed by Oracle.
