How to create a new mobile responsive page for Timecard tabular view?

Hi All,
We have a customer who wants to have a tabular view for timecards on their mobile device. We have enabled the Redwood timecards and are able to see the tabular view of timecards on the system but when employee logs in from the mobile device he is still able to see the responsive page and not the tabular view of timecards.

Hence we wanted to know how to create a new mobile responsive page for Timecard tabular view?
