PLS-00904: insufficient privileges to access object PUBLIC.DBMS_CLOUD

Hello,

I have compiled a DB package with the admin user and I get a privilege error. I have modified the package and it gives me error, and it was working fine before. The package that gives me privilege error is the DBMS_CLOUD, has it ever happened to you?
