Assignment and Routing
Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a solution to the following scenario:
When an employee raises a request under the Talent Management category in Oracle HCM, I would like the ticket to be automatically assigned to their respective HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Is there a way to configure the system to handle this type of routing based on the category and employee's HRBP assignment? Any guidance or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated!
