The PersonNumber attribute can't be updated.

I have been getting a " The PersonNumber attribute can't be updated. Remove this attribute from the data file and try the upload again." error when trying to upload absence data via hdl. The error does not display for all records in the hdl file. Each person number generating the error is a valid account so I'm not sure what would be causing this error to display. The HDL file is set up as follows:

METADATA|PersonAbsenceEntry|Employer|PersonNumber|PerAbsenceEntryId|AbsenceType|ApprovalStatus|StartDate|EndDate|AbsenceStatus|Duration|StartTime|EndTime|StartDateDuration

Would any of you know what would cause the error?

Howdy, Stranger!
