date format issue through FBDI upload

Summary:

we have some future dated maintenance contracts in Oracle with a dummy start date of 01/01/2050. but when they are interfaced to RMCS through FBDI load they gets converted to 01/01/1950 in RMCS vrm_source_doc_lines rule_start_date field. in the FBDI file the extract is done in DD-MON-YY (01-JAN-50) format. however when the recent year data are extracted like 24/25/26/27 etc they were correctly treated as 2024/2025/2026/2027 respectively. But why 50 is treated as 1950 but not 2050 in RMCS interface?
