Seeking Enterprise Seniority Date Adjustment Formula Examples
Summary:
@Rafatullah BS I was hoping you might offer some assistance with this?
We are using V3 for Seniority Dates. We have configured our Enterprise Seniority Date for both Contingent Workers and Employees. (See print Screen)
We would like for the Employee Hire Date to be captured in the Enterprise Seniority Hire Date even if the Contingent Worker Term Date is less than 24 hours of the Employee Hire Date. (and vice versa)
Currently, if the employee hire date is not greater than 24 hours of the Contingent Worker Term there is no Employee Hire Date captured. The Enterprise Seniority Date is only retaining the original Contingent worker Hire Date.
