What should be the ideal timline for implementing EPM Applications in overall multi phase ERP Fusion Implementation in Multiple Group of countries. Suppose the ERP Fusion implementation is happening in 5 phases and each phase has 4 countries each. Should the EPM Application be implemented first to give early EPM Advantage, or to the last when we have all the data and metadata and process settled.
