FX Global Account Rate Override not working

I created two FX account rate override accounts in dimension, playing around and hoping one of them would work.

But not sure what I am doing incorrect, neither would populate the temporary adjustment using the FX override rates. I have rates entered as well in Form. Also, added the FX Account Rate Override to the Temp adjustments I need in dimension.

I am not trying to override the rates for the beginning balance, just the Adjustment column and PY Adjustment Def only column.

Please let me know what I am missing. Thanks.
