Timecard cannot be updated during change in Line Manager

Summary:

When the employee's line manager gets changed after the timecard is generated, the new manager cannot access the existing timecard

as it still shows the manager that was active when the timecard was created.

Please could someone confirm if we have functionality to achieve the above and if so, should I raise an SR for this
