How to plan multiple scenarios at once in OTM?

Client wants to plan every possible scenario in logistics in OTM such that system could configure and suggest the best optimal planning solution.

For eg. Order is for A to C and company has scheduled trucks for B to C. Then OTM should be able suggest to cross dock B and see if the truck has the space and can accommodate the order.

It would be helpful if anyone knows the configurations for such scenarios in operational planning and dock management.
