Attachment category in item master is populated with value IMAGE only

Summary:

Attachment category is having only value. how can we populate user defined values along with Image?

Navigate to Product Management→Manage Items→Search any item

click + button add as shown in the 1st screen shot.

In item master while attaching the image , when we click + button system is showing only one category "Image" . it is not showing multiple values. where we can configure the categories? refer the below screen shot.
