FCCS Approval Unit showing "Failed" status and when we click on "i" icon in Flat View, we are seeing more details related to the error "Unable to load the form as the number of cells before suppression (if form suppression options are selected) exceeded the threshold. Criteria: Number of cells before suppression, Error Threshold: 6000000, Current Value: 73097047 Form Name: Q402IC IC Transfers of Intangible Assets"

I understand there is a problem with the data form "Q402IC IC Transfers of Intangible Assets" but the layout of this form is very similar to other forms we have in our system. In fact the other forms have more rows than this problematic form.
