Could anyone clarify the purpose of the option 'User Account Creation for Terminated Workers' Y/N on the Manage Enterprise HCM Information? Is it only applicable for the terminated workers loaded through HDL? Does it have any impact on the employees hired and terminated manually in Oracle Cloud?
As per Oracle Documentation - The User Account Creation for Terminated Workers option controls whether user accounts are created for terminated workers. It applies only when you run Send Pending LDAP Requests. Typically, you run Send Pending LDAP Requests after loading workers in bulk using HCM Data Loader.
