Help on manager hierarchy fast formula

Hello experts,

I need to replicate the line manager hierarchy in compensation plan. However, we should interrupt the flow in case the higher line manager has Executive Management as Job Name. In the following fast formula, we created 3 value sets:

ST_MANAGER_JOB to retrieve manager job name

ST_PAR_MAN_ASSID to retrieve manager assignment id

ST_PAR_MAN_ID to rerieve manager id

When testing the fast formula both ST_PAR_MAN_ASSID and ST_PAR_MAN_ID doesn't return any value for all employee. What's missing? Please, find below the FF I built:
