Other users also get the email even if they are not involved in the approval process for AP Invoice?

Is it possible other user get email notification for AP Invoice was approved in oracle fusion ?

For Example:

We have some user is involved in AP Invoice hierarchy approval

AP Invoice Hierarchy (The routing is supervisory)

Mr. A

Mr. B

Mr. C

Mr. D is Finance Team (is not involved in AP Invoice hierarchy approval)

Mr. E is Finance Team (is not involved in AP Invoice hierarchy approval)

Mr. F is Finance Team (is not involved in AP Invoice hierarchy approval)

Mr. A is Submitter

Mr. B is First Approver (The Manager’s Mr. A)

Mr. C is Top hierarchy (Director)
