Has anyone attempted to setup Microsoft Entra Provisioning to EPM OCI Gen2 IAM?

Summary:

We want to leverage OCI Gen2 features available after EPM Cloud was migrated there, to allow User/Role Provisioning with Microsoft Entra.

A similar setup works fine for our ERP FA Cloud environment.

Azure Provisioning using Entra ID Gallery App -

We already have the SSO setup working for months now.

But when it comes to Provisioning setup, we could setup Confidential Client and tested via Postman, but when entering these details in Azure - we always end up with error that looks like this. The error is clearly being thrown by Oracle but I am not sure what is missing here.
