In Promote Transaction, ICP not getting end dated automatically

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a recurring element Performance Bonus, while doing the Promotion the element is not getting end dated by default instead it is allowing to add new.

This is impacting the promotion process and not allowing to submit the transaction

Please let us know why is this happening and is there a solution.
