Issue on value set retrieving custom field in person profile

Hello experts,
we created a custom value set retrieving a custom attribute in person profile. At this moment the query takes the Accomplishment value Incentive_Plan_2024_1.
Next year the Accomplishment value will change and we should avoid to creating a new value set.
Is there a way to enter in query the last value loaded in that field without entering year by year
the new Accomplishment value?
