How to get Performance document overall rating through REST API

I am trying to get performance document overall rating through RETS API and tried endpoint "/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/performanceEvaluations" but it does not provide the rating details.

I tried "Performance Ratings"(/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/talentRatings/{talentRatingsUniqID}/child/performanceRatings) API but getting 403 Forbidden error.

Please let me know if someone has successfully retrieved Performance document overall rating through REST API.
