How to import India withholding tax "PAN" details to the Supplier Profile

We are trying to bulk upload the India withholding tax "PAN" details to the Supplier Profile using the "Import Suppliers" FBDI but not able to find the column to be used. There are two Use Withholding Tax and Withholding Tax Group in the FBDI but the value provided in Withholding Tax Group fails import with "You must provide valid value for AWT_GROUP_NAME". Entering the values in UI works fine for "PAN" as Withholding Tax Group. Any help to resolve the issue will be appreciated.
