Same absence type, same duration but total calculated differently
Hi,
We have a case where Fusion's interpretation of the absence type and its duration keeps being incorrect for one employee when we try to load via HDL or API.
We have already validated that the transformation logic to produce the REST API call / HDL file is not the root cause. If it was, other employees would have been in this predicament but it is not the case.
Running the Absence Diagnostic test for the employee yielded nothing useful to understand this behavior:
Employee 1:
"personNumber": "10011527"
"assignmentId": 300000332439852,
"absenceType": "Part 2-Sick-Unpaid-Short Term",
"startDate": "2024-09-12"
"startDateDuration": 16 (was entered by mistake by empl in source system)
