Deduct Weekends
Summary:
We have requirements from HR department to calculate the vacations days for an employee including Weekends in the case below 
-Employees work Sundays though Thursdays 
-Employee submitted a leave request for 5 days from Sunday to Thursday
FRI and SAT  are weekend days
next week is a Public holiday for 3 days (Sun, Mon, Tues)
Case: if the employee for some reason request a new leave request after PH ( wed- Thur)
Then : 
FRI and SAT
weekend days in between the 2
 vacation requests should be deducted from available balance
