Generative AI in Narrative Reporting

Gen AI should be available after October 2024 update in Narrative Reporting. However, I still receiving the message “Generative AI is currently not available within your deployment.”

I am using Narrative Reporting in 24.10.55 Version. The data center is us-phoenix-1. It is included in the Fusion AI data center availability list.

Can anyone help me to understand why Gen AI is not available yet?
