ability to update expenditure items attributes fields

Summary:

Hello,
is there a way with FBDI or API to update some missing fields on existing expenditures ?
for instance the ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY ATTRIBUTE1 and ATTRIBUTE2
those fields were missing during the FBDI initial upload for Project Miscellaneous Cost Transactions Interface (ProjectUnprocessedMiscellaneousExpenditureItemImportTemplate.xlsm)
