Seniority date fast formula
Hello experts,
Im trying to create a Fast formula for Seniority Dates to solve a issue of rehires, the line of rehire should have Seniority date = Most recent Hire.
i tryied this;

But didnt work, return an error "Error Message Formula SENIORITY DATE ADJSTMENT, line 16, syntax error at character position 1"
