Does the title of the Purchasing Infolets title translate if there is personalization on page

Summary:

  1. The user has logged in with Spanish Language.
  2. In the Purchasing Overview screen, the other texts are translated in Spanish language but the Infolet titles are not translated and are still showing in the English language.
  3. Is there any restriction on the Infolet title translation if there is any customization/personalization on the page ?
