Problem with Serial Number Reservation After Rework

Hi everyone,

We have a problem with serial number reservations in our production process. After we confirm a pick, we reserve a serial number to stop any transactions on it. However, after we do Rework from the SHPIP subinventory, the reservation gets lost, which lets us continue with transactions like Pack Slip and Ship Confirm. We want to prevent that.

I found the "Allow Reservations for Work Order Materials" option in Manage Plant Parameters, but even with "Allow Reservation" checked, I can’t use the reserved serial number for Rework.

Can anyone suggest how to keep the reservation on the serial number after completing Rework?
